At Enhance The Aesthetic & Wellness Co., we value your time and our providers’ time. To allow us to accommodate all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Because medical and aesthetic appointments reserve dedicated provider time, late cancellations or missed appointments often cannot be filled on short notice. For this reason, cancellation and no-show fees are strictly enforced.

Appointment Changes

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation, late change, or no-show fee.

Fees

Cancellations, late reschedule, and no-show fees may vary depending on the appointment type, length of service, provider time reserved, and treatment category.

Applicable fees may include:

• A percentage of the scheduled service

• A flat fee

• Forfeiture of any required deposit

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee.

Card on File

By booking an appointment and keeping a card on file, you authorize Enhance The Aesthetic & Wellness Co. to charge the applicable cancellation, late change, no-show, or rebooking fee in accordance with this policy.

Deposits

If a service requires a deposit, the deposit may be applied toward the appointment as scheduled. If the appointment is canceled, changed, or missed outside of the required notice period, the deposit may be non-refundable or may be applied according to the terms of that specific appointment type.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the provider schedule and the service booked, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your appointment.
